8-12 Years Karate Class

4-7 Years Karate Skills Class

We’ve developed a specific, innovative program just for our 4–7 year olds. These high-energy, 30-minute classes are the perfect blend of movement, discipline, and fun, designed to introduce the foundations of karate in a way that’s age-appropriate and engaging.

At this age, it’s so important that kids play and train with peers their own age. That’s why our classes focus on building coordination, confidence, focus, and basic self-defence skills—all in a structured, games-based setting where fun is the priority.

We want kids to enjoy movement and walk away each week feeling proud of themselves.

Graduates of this class transition seamlessly to our 8–12s program when they’re ready. Many are now capable competitors and junior leaders in the dojo, after many consistent years of training.

“I teach this class myself, and I can tell you, I’m always exhausted afterwards! It’s fast-paced, full of energy, and incredibly rewarding. The progress these little ones make is amazing.” – Sensei Alison

We also accept Active Kids vouchers.
