Karate for 4–7 Year Olds
Our youngest students have high-energy, games-based sessions. These sessions build coordination, focus, and confidence. Everything takes place in a fun and structured environment. Karate for 8–12 Year Olds
This program blends traditional karate with age-appropriate challenges that develop strength, self-discipline and self-belief. Students progress through the belt system while building physical literacy and gaining skills they take into school, sport, and life. Find out more ➝


Teens & Adults Karate
Whether you’re stepping onto the tatami for the first time, returning to the art after a break, or bringing experience from another style, you’ll be in good company. These classes are energising, challenging, and genuinely rewarding. Family Karate on Saturdays
Train alongside your child in our popular all-ages class which is perfect for parents and kids to share their martial arts journey. The mix of serious training and shared fun creates great memories and lifelong habits. More about family classes ➝


Competition Development Squad
Open to students aged 8 and up who want to learn more about the game of sport karate. Learn competition skills, strategy, and sparring under the guidance of WKF-accredited officials and national-level athletes. See how it works ➝
