Our adult and teen karate classes have proven to be incredibly effective and popular. The energy and flexibility of youth combines with the analytical minds (and energy!) of adults, resulting in a vibrant and productive training environment.
Students have the opportunity to learn self defence while also building focus, strength, confidence and discipline. This class offers a unique opportunity for people of different ages to train together and learn from each other, and build long-lasting friendships at the same time (our social committee is very active and inclusive 😄).
