Eaten a little too much pudding? If you want to restart your fitness training before the karate term starts (24 January) then head along to one of Sensei Leighton’s fitness classes.
With the Menai Indoor Sports Centre being refurbished you’ll be heading outside for some. The outdoor location is the southern end of Playford Park, Padstow (corner of Gibson Ave and Cahors Rd, near the roundabout).
- Monday 12 January. Padstow, 6.30 – 7.30pm
- Thursday 15 January. Padstow, 6.30 – 7.30pm
- Saturday 17 January. Menai, 8 – 9am
- Wednesday 21 January. Padstow, 6.30 – 7.30pm
The Padstow sessions are outside so if the weather looks dodgy give Sensei Leighton a call 0402 032 653.
$10/session, just add $5 for extra family members.
