Senior Karate Instructor
Sensei Rikesh is an instructor at the Menai dojo, attaining his 3rd dan in 2018.
He started his karate journey in 2004 and has progressed steadily through the grades, attaining sensei status in 2018.
He has a strong interest in the technical aspects of karate which can be applicable to traditional and competition karate.
